fault Claim - through your insurance
- Contact us to book an inspection of the damage to your car
- Contact your insurance company to inform them:
- We will carry out repairs
- Ask them to send us a work order, claim ref & Audatex code
- Confirm the excess cost (if any additional fees we can help)
When we have the required details we will issue a repair estimate to your insurer and when authorised we will contact you to book in the repairs - Simple!
Non-fault claim (through another party's insurance)
- Contact us to book an inspection of the damage to your car
During the inspection we'll take your contact details and arrange for our trusted accident management team to call you to discuss the accident details. Once complete, you can sit back and wait for the call to book in your repairs!
There is no need for you to contact your own insurance company - This way your no claims history, premium & excess will not be affected!
